I TRY (and frequently DO) help Landlords and Prospective Tenants, whether it involves Weekly or Seasonal/Vacation Rentals or Yearly-Lease and even commercial situations.
PRIMARILY I am set up to act as a REFERRAL SOURCE, and act as a "Broker" between the Landlord and the Tenant. I can FIND a suitable property for Tenants and I can SHOW the property to and NEGOTIATE a written agreement for BOTH parties, deliver deposits, etc. to the Landlord for the Tenant.
My area of specialization is Treasure Island, including Sunset Beach and St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach, but can sometimes be of help in other areas of St. Pete and further north along the Gulf Beaches of Tampa Bay.
