My office's location is on busy Gulf Blvd. We have rather frequent "walk in" rental inquiries and I have LOTS of past customers, many of whom need occasional help finding a tenant. Those facts, combined with my reluctance to say "sorry, we can't help you" got me "back into" doing rentals. I am NOT a "rental specialist", but in nearly 30 years of brokerage I have handled LOTS of rentals! I am currently manging an 8-unit apartment building.
I TRY (and frequently DO) help Landlords and Prospective Tenants, whether it involves Weekly or Seasonal/Vacation Rentals or Yearly-Lease and even commercial situations.
PRIMARILY I am set up to act as a REFERRAL SOURCE, and act as a "Broker/Liason" between the Landlord and the Tenant. I can FIND TENANTS for LANDLORDS and I can help find a suitable property for Tenants. Corporations with relocation needs, looking for executive rentals should contact me, as I am in contact with numerous furnished waterfront and beachfront rental-opportunities; especially 6 months or more in the "off-season".
I can SHOW the property to and NEGOTIATE a written agreement for BOTH parties, deliver deposits, etc. to the Landlord for the Tenant.
My area of specialization is Treasure Island, including Key Capri Condos and Sunset Beach and St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach. I can sometimes be of help further north along the Gulf Beaches of Tampa Bay,as well. I can also sometimes help with St. Pete and South Pasadena-Gulfport area.
