 Wednesday, May 16, 2007- Today, I showed what I really believe is THE "Best VALUE" on Treasure Island...#311-East at Key Capri. TRUE "Million Dollar Views" for JUST $219,900! The folks seemed interested and they asked me to "show them what's been selling", so I pulled up the following CLOSED SALE "comps" from MLS and I thought I'd share them with whoever wants to read about them here!...NOTE: The DARK-BLUE ones are the two best comparables in my opinion (one is at Key Capri and both have 1.5 baths are bayfront and have similar sq ft)....the LIGHT BLUE are the next-most comparable ones and the others are actually not really "comparable" to Key Capri at all, as they are on the Gulf.
